Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.
    • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.
    • The original tags and packaging must be intact.
  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@hangarmerch.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email, Facebook messenger, and Instagram.
    • Provide your order details and reason for the return. Our customer support representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
    • Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including any accessories or promotional items that came with it. Include the RMA number on the package.
    • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support representative. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  3. Refunds

    • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1, we will initiate the refund process.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
    • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  4. Exclusions

    • The following items are non-returnable:

      • Customized or personalized items, including those with custom prints or designs.
  5. Fading of Shirts

    • It is important to note that our t-shirts may experience slight fading over time, especially with repeated washing and exposure to sunlight. This fading is a natural characteristic of the materials used and should not be considered a defect.
    • We advise customers to follow the care instructions provided with each product to minimize fading and prolong the life of their t-shirts. Washing in cold water is recommended. Shirts are printed with a sublimation process, which is a chemical reaction. It gives the shirts/ink a vintage feel.
    • Fading alone does not qualify for a return or refund unless it is accompanied by other significant quality issues unrelated to normal wear and tear.
